Business Status

LMM is a sole trader marketing name for Simon Thompson, not a recruitment agency. This service is provided by a freelance subcontractor to independent ambulance services, industry and event medical providers. Medical provision is not provided directly between LMM and event organisers. 

Acceptance of Work

Services provision is subject to availability, risk assessment and service level agreement. Event or service-specific details are required in advance of attendance. Medical transport and operational ambulance support will only be provided to CQC-registered organisations.

Based on risk assessment, a deposit or payment may be required in advance (refundable if event cancelled with more than 72 hours notice). However, in most cases, payment within 30 days of invoice is the preferred method for clients.

Alternatively, contactless, chip & pin and online payments accepted.
